Requesting Account Deletion
To request the deletion of your Fit4U account, please email:
Please include the following information in your email:
- Your full name
- The email address used to register your Fit4U account
- A brief request stating that you would like your Fit4U account to be permanently deleted
What Happens After Your Request?
Once we receive your request, our team will:
- Verify your request where necessary to protect your account.
- Permanently delete your Fit4U account.
- Remove your personal information associated with the app where applicable.
- Send you a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.
We aim to process all account deletion requests within 7 working days.
What Information Will Be Deleted?
Deleting your Fit4U account will remove:
- Your Fit4U user account
- Your profile information
- Your login credentials
- Activity and participation data associated with your account within the Fit4U app
Information We May Retain
In some circumstances, we may retain limited information where we are legally required to do so, including for:
- Safeguarding responsibilities
- Legal or regulatory compliance
- Fraud prevention and security
- Resolving disputes or enforcing our terms of service
Any retained information will only be kept for as long as required by law or legitimate business purposes.
